You do not have to specify a quantity for an item unless you actually do want more than one of that item (armor tokens, non-unique rings, etc.). The priority you choose for the non-token item ONLY applies to the first one that you receive (main set). If you request additional pieces for an off-spec or multiples, you will receive those items after others requesting them have received them for their main sets. For tokens, please note in the comments how many of them are for pieces that are best in slot.
