As you guys all know, also as Narc mentioned, healing dreamwalker requires different set of gears if a healer is serious about putting max HPS on her. The most desireable gear stat for the particular fight are spell power and crit regardless of healing classes.
Whether we will do the heroic fight for this one or not, i think it is a good idea to prepare some extra gears during the course of raiding (We may give some heroic trials for this one considering the fact that we traditionally have had a 'solid healing' team after we beat Lich King some day. lol).
So you guys see some healing gears with lvl264 or 251 which arent optimal or BIS for your normal healing task but can be very good gears for Dreamwalker, please take it before it gets sharded or save it before vendor it out. And please gem out with spell power and crit and play with them when you heal dreamwalker next time.
